How long does shipping take from the US to Ghana?
Sea freight takes roughly 3–4 weeks on the water, plus a few days for customs clearance. We message you at every milestone, and your consignee gets the call the moment it's ready for pickup.
Where do I drop off — and where does my family collect?
Drop off in the US at 5025 Bass Ct, Waldorf, MD 20603. In Ghana, collection is at Ofankor Asofa, Soldier Line in Accra (contact: Kwadjo Ampofo) or Anwomaso Market in Kumasi (contact: Joyce Annor). Full addresses and numbers are in the locations section above.
Is customs clearance really included?
Yes. We handle duties, documentation and inspection at Tema as part of your quote — your consignee simply collects at our Accra or Kumasi station once everything is cleared.
What can't I ship?
Ghana customs restricts certain items — including flammables, weapons and some pharmaceuticals. Send us your packing list and we'll confirm everything is clear before it's loaded.
How do I pay?
Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the current payment options on both sides. Every payment comes with an itemized receipt — freight and clearance listed separately.
